THE CAGE begins a science fiction trilogy for Young Adults and is receiving excellent reviews. Shepherd perfectly contrasts freedom and entrapment, humanity and alien nature, loss and love.”

Megan’s previous trilogy, THE MADMAN’S DAUGHTER, has found great success, winning awards and many speaking invitations for the author. A number of high school teachers have chosen the book for classroom adoption and found that it gets students excited about reading.
